Pig butchery courses usually take place once a month. You can now pay a deposit for a gift voucher in the shop. We will post you a gift voucher to redeem against the price of the course. A perfect gift!

The butchery course is a hands on butchery experience based on all things porky. I will show you where all your favourite cuts come from and you will get to cut them. we will cover basic techniques and look at all the equipment we use. I cant stress enough that this is hands on you will be doing the cutting under our guidance.

In the afternoon session we will make sausages. you are welcome to bring your own ingredients to add to the recipes, and all the sausages you make will be yours to take home.

A famous Sunnyside lunch is included, and the course starts at 9.30 am and usually finishes at 4pm

The cost is £100 per person.
