Adopt A Pig
This is a butchery course with the added pig experience, if you want it. You can select your pig from birth and follow its life through to the end. Then have the day in the butchery creating all your favourite joints and of course sausages and bacon.
The adopt a pig includes all the pork from your pig. It can be split up to 4 ways, so 4 people on the butchery day and the pork split 4 ways.
You can of course skip the following the pig stage and just have your butchery day.
Ths cost for this is around £300 per pig depending on the size, and we would be pleased to discuss it with you.
