Orders over £50 are delivered free; orders under £50 cost £7 p&p.
Butchery Course (deposit)
This is a deposit on our standard butchery course. On purchase we will post within the next 7 days a voucher for the course. This can be redeemed within the next twelve months against the value, currently £100. The dates are to be confirmed but are usually on a sunday or 3rd saturday of the month. Please contact us if you require more information.
Pig butchery courses usually take place once a month.
The butchery course is a hands on butchery experience based on all things porky. I will show you where all your favourite cuts come from and you will get to cut them. we will cover basic techniques and look at all the equipment we use.
In the afternoon session we will make sausages. you are welcome to bring your own ingredients to add to the recipes, and all the sausages you make will be yours to take home.
A famous Sunnyside lunch is included, and the course starts at 9.30 am and usually finishes at 4pm
